Terms of Use — Bass Booster : Duster Cleaner

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bass Booster : Duster Cleaner mobile application ("the App"), provided by Arjun INFOAPOS ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1.What the App does
The App is an audio utility that applies a bass enhancement effect to sound playing on your device and plays generated sound frequencies and test tones — including dust cleaning sessions, a water eject sound, individual speaker tests, and a maximum volume test. The App works through audio playback and on-device audio effects.
2.License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and to Google Play's applicable terms.
3.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or lease any part of the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- republish the App or its audio content under another name;
- use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4.Important safety notices
Hearing safety
The App can make audio louder in character and plays sounds at high volume, including at your device's maximum media volume. Start with a low bass level and increase gradually; remove or disconnect headphones, earphones, and hearing devices before running cleaning or test sessions; keep the device away from your ears — and away from children and pets — during playback; and stop immediately if any sound feels uncomfortable.
Speaker and device safety
Playing audio with a strong bass effect at high volume for extended periods can cause distortion and put stress on small phone speakers — reduce the effect level if you hear distortion. The App is a software utility: it does not physically clean, dry, repair, diagnose, or modify your device's hardware. If your device has been submerged in water, will not charge, or shows signs of water damage or malfunction, power it off and consult a qualified repair professional. The App is not a substitute for professional repair or manufacturer service.
5.No guarantee of results
How strong the bass effect sounds depends on your device's speaker or headphone hardware. Sound-based cleaning and water ejection depend on many factors, including your device model, speaker design and condition, and the amount of moisture or debris present. We make no promise that using the App will produce any particular audio quality, remove water or dust, restore sound, or achieve any specific result.
6.Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damage to your device, speakers, hearing, data, or property, arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the App. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App, which is zero, as the App is free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection laws.
8.Intellectual property
The App — including its name, design, code, and generated audio content — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited license described above.
9.Privacy
The App does not collect personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
10.Updates, availability, and termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice. We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11.Third-party platforms
The App is distributed through Google Play. Your download and use of the App through Google Play are also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no obligations to you under them.
12.Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without limiting any mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
14.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
